What We Collect
We will collect, generate, or acquire your personal data during your application with the company for your deployment abroad. This includes but is not limited to your name, address, contact number, photo, and emergency contact information.
Why We Collect Them
To the extent permitted or required by law, your personal information will primarily be used for monitoring and communicating with you and to comply with applicable Department of Migrant Worker (DMW) Rules and Regulations. Through the Meja Mobile App, your data will be used to monitor your deployment, communicate with you, and help you in case of emergencies.
How We Use, Store, and Retain Them
We will not share nor disclose your personal data unless required or allowed by law. Your data are kept in a secure cloud-based storage, accessible only to authorized personnel. They will be stored while the declared purpose of their collection exists, after which they will be deleted.
